For the past few months, we’ve been doing trial run of our Clients Area to manage orders and invoices. The Clients Area turns out to be a worthy investment for the company as it integrates many useful features for the clients in one area, such as simplifying the ordering process and making client account management easier too. On top of that, all important features in Clients Area are protected by 128-bit secured layer of encryption, so all information will be safely transmitted here.
In fact, many of our clients have been invited to try the new Clients Area since we implemented it. Today, we decided to make an official announcement of the launch of our Clients Area in conjunction with the recent launch of our Affiliate System.
Let’s go through all the main functions of our Clients Area :-
Client Account is the place clients may :-
- update personal details, such as contacts or password
- add fund into client account so that it can be used for any new order
- view due invoices
- view all products/service & domain name with us.
- view all paid invoices
- view all emails that we’ve sent out, such as announcement or special offer/promotion
All clients are required to login to the system to be able to view all the above mentioned items.
Existing and potential clients are able to make new order of any our products/services using the Order feature here.
New clients will be required to fill in some personal details, such as contacts and email address, before completing the order. Whereas, existing clients will only be required to login to the system to complete the order. Order will then be processed by our Sales Team immediately.
Since the launch of our Affiliate System last week, clients is now able to earn money just by recommending our hosting service to any potential new clients.
The Unique Referral Link for each client is shown in Affiliate System so that clients can use it for referring. Besides, clients are able to keep track of the money earned and view how many clients have been referred so far.
Domain Checker is the place where anyone can check the availability of any domain name to be registered or transferred. It is a very useful tool to instantly tell you whether your desired domain name is available for registration/transfer or it’s already been registered by someone else.
Domain Checker is one of the two places login is not required to use the feature.
We will list down all current and scheduled network issues under Network Issues. Clients should not be panic if your website is not accessible temporarily and should check here to see is any maintenance going on. Anyway, each and every client will also be informed via email regarding any schedule network outages such as server or network maintenance.
All servers’ status, whether up or down, will be shown in Server Status. Clients are able to do a quick check here in order to determine whether any of our servers is down. This feature combining with Network Issues feature gives all clients the latest status of our web hosting service.
At Server Status, login is not required too.
